Cacao Fiji is a cooperative which help to promote and improve the quality of Fiji's cacao production. They buy the wet bean from cocoa farmers in rural areas. Then dry the beans and central ferment to produce high and consistency quality fermented cacao bean which finally promote to the world fine chocolate market.
