These are Trinitario cacao beans that came from Brazil.  The beans had been ground and conched for over 48 hours to achieve the desired smoothness.  With the complex note of almond. cheese. and pomegranate. it is good to enjoy any time of the day

Use a frother or whisker to combine cacao powder with the preferred liquid
You may also add a dash of whisky for complex flavoring

American Style  -  Light & Silky: 1/2 cup liquid serve in coffee cup
