Dosage
1/2 teaspoon. twice a day. Take it with a glass of warm water. milk. or the simple bio booster recommended below: 1 eller ½ tsp organic ghee 1 eller ½ glass warm organic milk (almond or soymilk is fine too) 1 pinch of jaggery or cane sugar
Do not take more than the suggested dosage. The product should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. This product should be stored where it can not be reached by children and out of direct sunlight
