STEP:

Cleanse your face or body to remove any makeup. dirt. or oils before starting the Gua Sha massage.

2. Apply a Body or Face Oil/Lotion
Apply a moderate amount of body or face oil/lotion to the intended area for Gua Sha. Reapply additional oil/lotion as needed for smooth gliding of the tool.

3. Gua Sha

• Hold the Gua Sha tool at a 30° to 45° angle and delicately glide it over your skin. Ensure gentle scraping motions following an upward direction and the natural lymphatic flow.
• Perform each stroke three to five times before transitioning to the next area. maintaining a consistent and mindful approach throughout the session.

Suitable for facial or full-body scraping.

• When massaging the body. it is recommended to use massage oils or lotions.
• When massaging the face. it is recommended to use lighter pressure and pair with facial oils or lotions.
