Apply the desired amount to damp hair or body and massage thoroughly all over the skin. scalp. roots. and hair. Rinse thoroughly

After using Pelegrims Rich Repair Hair and Body Shampoo. spread the desired amount of conditioner evenly through the hair. For longer hair use larger amounts as required. Work through thoroughly from ends up to roots and scalp before leaving to sit for 2 minutes. Rinse with water before brushing and styling
